SHAME! ALLEGED PHONE SNATCHING: ANGRY YOUTHS MANHANDLE, GRAB RIFLE OF ERRING POLICEMAN(VIDEO)

A viral video of two young men grabbing the rifle of a policeman who they claimed ‘snatched’ the phone of one of them has generated controversies.

In the video, the boys virtually snatched the policeman’s rifle, bringing him to the ground with a sliding kick.

While it is wrong for policemen to continue snatching or collecting young men’s handsets on allegations of being involved in ‘yahoo’ is condemnable since the Inspector General of Police has long directed for a discontinuation of that practice.

However, the young men ought not to have taken laws into their hands by physically assaulting the erring policeman. At least, they should have respected his uniform. Actually, some police men and women make it very hard for Nigerians to respect them and their uniform due to their terrible conduct.
