The only real friend the Black Race has in the world is RUSSIA. People would be surprised to hear an Igbo who faced STRIFING by Russian MIGS flown by Egyptian pilots during the Biafra war, and who studied in America with scholarships, say this?
People grow up as they get better informed. One of the chief mistakes of General Ojukwu was not exploiting the Bridge Okpara had built to the Soviet Union. ANC in South Africa, Angola, Mozambique etc that exploited such bridge survived in their Revolutionary struggles. And there are strong historical reasons Russia has believed in and worked with Africans for freedom:
1. The English word SLAVE comes from the Latin word SLAVUS, which is also the Racial name of the Slavic peoples.
Russia is the Ikenga of the Slavic Peoples, which includes RUSSIA, UKRAINE, POLAND , former YUGOSLAVIA, SLOVAKIA, etc.
For Millenia, Europeans made Slaves out of the Slavs. In modern times, Britain has tried to conquer Russia during the Crimea War. Then Napoleon tried to conquer them. Hitler made conquest of the Slavs to create Leben Spaz/Living Space for the German Master Race. Russia/Soviet lost 27 million men KILLED IN BATTLE. Not those wounded, killed dead in Battle to defeat NAZI Germany. That is why they claim the War with Ukraine is to save Russia from Anglo-Saxons/Germans. Because they have suffered from Racism and Slavery, they are opposed to slavery and Racism.
2. Again , Russia didn’t participate in the African slave trade. Rather, Russians used to buy African Slaves and free them. Google and Read up on General ABRAM GANNIBAL and ALEXANDER PUSHKIN. General Abram Gannibal was an African slave who was taken to the Russian Emperor, Peter the Great. Peter freed young Gannibal, had him baptized as his Godson. Raised him as a member of his family, sent him to Engineering and Mathematics School in France. Thereafter, he Inducted him into the Russian Army, where he rose from Valet to the Tsar to become General-in-chief, the top Russian army Officer right below the Tsar, the Generalissimo, in rank.
The Russian Defence Strategy, including emphasis on FORTIFICATIONS and ARTILLERY, which Russia has used today to defeat NATO/Ukraine proxy war was exactly the same as developed by General GANNIBAL.
3. Google and read up on ALEXANDER PUSHKIN, the Father of Modern Russian language and literature. The Shakespeare of Russian language and literature. It turns out that Alexander Pushkin is the great grandson of General GANNIBAL. Nobody who is educated in Russia would not know these two men.
4. Because of above reasons, RUSSIA and Russians genuinely believe in African freedom and equality of the BLACK RACE. Africans who work closely with Russia know above facts and are comfortable. It is the hypocritical, racist, Western World that are making propaganda, which few believe now.
