Human Rights activist and social crusader, Senator Shehu Sani has tackled Nobel Laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka and others of his ilk who have recently been attacking Obidients and supporters of the Labour Party, LP Presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi.
Recently, Soyinka described Obidients as “Fascists”. The Obidient Movement has come under a barrage of attacks by several notable personalities including Soyinka and Reuben Abati, ostensibly, in a bid to de-market their principal.
However, Senator Sani disagreed stating that without Obidients (Supporters of the Labour Party), “we will all have the peace and tranquillity we want and the tyranny we don’t want”
Senator Sani made the assertion this Wednesday morning on his Twitter handle:
“If you remove the supporters of the Labour Party from Nigeria’s political space,we will all have the peace and tranquillity we want and the tyranny we don’t want”
