I’LL SCRAP ENSIEC, ENSURE LG AUTONOMY, FREE AND FAIR LG ELECTIONS- EDEOGA, ENUGU LP GUBER CANDIDATE

Enugu: The Enugu State Labour Party Governorship candidate, Hon Chijioke Jonathan Edeoga has pledged to scrap the Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission, ENSIEC.

The LP Governorship candidate who is also a former Local Government Chairman made the assertion on Thursday while addressing at Ako-Nike, Mbuluiyiukwu as part of his Ward to ward campaign tour of Enugu East Local Government Area of the State.

“I shall scrap ENSIEC and ensure free and fair Local Government elections. My Government shall solicit the support of INEC in ensuring free and fair Local Government elections.

“I shall as well ensure Local Government Autonomy and non interfere with Local Government Funds”
