COURT BARS INEC FROM USING MC OLUOMO IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTORAL MATERIALS IN LAGOS

Lagos – Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court, Lagos, has granted the prayer of the Labour Party barring the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from using the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musliu Akinsanya, better known as MC Oluomo from distributing election materials in Lagos.- Advertisement.

The injunction was granted based on a suit filed by LP following public outcry regarding the neutrality of the Electoral umpire after news of its outsourcing distribution of sensitive materials during elections in Lagos State to MC Oluomo, a notorious APC henchman.
