BUHARI’S APPROVAL OF N1.9 TRILLION FOR NNPC FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION AGAINST N356 BILLION 2023 BUDGET FOR THE WHOLE MINISTRY OF POWER, WORKS AND HOUSING—Criminal and a Vindication of Majors Chukwuma Nzeogwu or Gideon Orkar

The great Chinese philosopher Confucius (551-475 B.C) put it this way: “Study the past if you would divine the future.” Failing to divine the past leads to unimaginable consequences summed up in the following short sentence by George Santayana: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
In 1854, Dr William Balfour Baikie (from whom the popular term “Nwa Beke among the Igbo developed), in the company of the then Reverend Crowther (later Bishop) during their famous voyage up Rivers Niger and Benue, reported the Fulani attack and destruction of the original town of Panda in the present Southern Kaduna State in the following words:
“The enemy, they said, did not come open; but for several days, many of them have been arriving at Panda in small bands, apparently for trade, when suddenly one morning they arose and assaulted the place so unexpectedly that but little resistance was made. Few were killed, but numbers were made captives, the king being among the former. The city was then burnt, after which most of the Fulatas [Fulani] retired towards the town of Toto, about which spot they were supposed to still be lingering.”

That was 19th century. Today we are neither in 19th nor 20th century, but 21st century; and we are just watching the same scenario being replayed before our eyes and against us, no longer in 19th century Panda, but every part of Nigeria in 21st century. Before the present we heard and read Sir Ahmadu Bello’s Testament of Nigeria being a Fulani Estate published by the October 12, 1960 issue of  the Parrot newspaper:
“The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grandfather Othman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the minorities in the North as willing tools and the South as a conquered territory and never allow them to have control over their future.”
In the words of Arthur James Balfour (1848-1930 A.D): “It is unfortunate, considering that enthusiasm moves the world, that so few enthusiasts can be trusted to speak the truth.” 
The Gospel truth is, for those who fully understand what the term Gospel stands for, and without prejudice to the coming Presidential election, which has already been rigged in advance in favor of the Fulani-born Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, that with the above testament of Sir Ahmadu Bello in mind and its vivid manifestation with geometric progression before our eyes today in Federal Republic of Nigeria, the only potent option required to save Nigeria from this band of imperious political vandals called Fulani, is the emergence of a Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu or Captain J. J. Rawlins of Ghana to clean this prevailing Augean stable called insane Fulani political hegemony. 
A popular West Niger Igbo adage says: “A fu e kwu na-egbu okenye” (Observing the evil in the community and refusing to speak out leads to an elder’s death). What has gone wrong with Nigerian noble men of valor in the face of insane Fulani impunity? Is it all about the fear of death or, the unclean bread and butter served by the uncircumcised from their altar of innocent Christian bloods martyred for their satanic political and religious objectives? 
Who among us are in control of their lives or can rightly state the nature and hour of their deaths? Life in Nigeria has become so valueless that many are gruesomely murdered today by militiamen of Fulani Miyetti Allah with no attempt to have them arrested much more prosecuted; the next day their victims are buried with shameless and limbless echoes of “we condemn” the Nigerian Christian leaders and, the following day normal life and business are continued by those who are lucky to be alive; yet without knowing when it shall be their turn to die in the hands of the same Fulani militiamen.
Think of this brazen arrogance in impunity and tell me in what part of the world it will be tolerated except Nigeria:
 In October 2022, the Federal Ministry of Works, Housing and Power under the Yoruba-born Minister Mr. Babatunde Raji Fasola had his Ministry’s 2023 budget slashed to N356 billion against the N482 billion budgeted for 2022. 
Against this background, we are informed that the man from Niger Republic who masquerades as President Muhammadu Buhari approved the whooping sum of N1.9 trillion for the Fulani-controlled Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited to invest in the reconstruction of 44 Federal roads under his so called Road Infrastructure Development and Refurbishment Investment Tax Credit Policy. What kind of investment is involved in the construction of public roads? Are they saying the 44 roads will be commercialized and if so in what informed? Dis we country don suffer plenty much?
Guess those in control of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited. This is an NNPC that cannot functionally operate any of the four refineries under its care. This is an NNPC that shamelessly orchestrates chronic fuel scarcity in a top Global Petroleum-producing nation. The same NNPC has now appropriated construction of Federal roads as part of its oversight functions from the statutory Federal Ministry of Works, Housing and Power, just because the Minister in-charge is a Yoruba and not Fulani. 
The devilish logic being why should a non-Fulani superintend over a fund that accrued from an NNPC headed by a Fulani, yet which the Fulani and their ancestors have no right of historical claim? Yet this was the same Babatunde Raji Fashola as Governor of Lagos State who used the hard-earned resources of his State to sponsor the election of the Fulani Muhammadu Buhari as President in 2015. 
How long shall this impunity thrive among us— the living and before the unseen eyes of our ancestors? Nigeria has become not just the private estate of Usman dan Fodio and his descendants but her bona fide citizens have become solicited slaves in their fatherland. Just take short look at the NNPC management team and say if indeed Nigeria is not a Fulani estate and her indigenous citizens, complacent slaves in their land?
