Port Harcourt – A video has surfaced online of youths displaying so many ballot papers in last Saturday’s presidential election picked up children after allegedly being thrown away by officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

According to them, the recovered ballot papers are from Rumuokoro, Ward 7 in Port Harcourt.
