Enugu – The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has declared Barr Peter Mbah, Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as the winner of the Enugu Governorship election.
He polled a total vote of 160,895 to defeat the Labour Party candidate Barr Chijioke Edeoga who scored 157,552.
This was after the contentious and outstanding result from Nkanu East LGA was announced.
