BREAKING! ALLEGED INEC/APC COLLUSION: PDP, LP TEN OTHER PARTIES STAGE WALK OUT AT PRESIDENTIAL COLLATION CENTRE

Abuja – About ten political parties including the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Labour Party, LP, Young Progressives Party, YPP, Social Democratic Party, SDP, etc led by Senator Dino Melaye, PDP have staged a walk out from the National collation Centre for the Presidential election at the International Conference Center, Abuja.

This was after the PDP agents including Senator Melaye, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, fmr Imo State Governor as well as agents of other parties such as Chief Clement Ojukwu, National Organizing Secretary, LP all urged the INEC Chairman and returning officer for the presidential election to suspend further announcement of state results until the said results are confirmed to have been uploaded on the INEC website, as stipulated by the electoral act.

Unfortunately, the INEC chairman proceeded with the announcement of results despite having earlier having altercations with Senator Melaye.

During the altercation, the INEC chairman severally tried to calm Melaye down, saying, “Senator Melaye, you are being disruptive!”
