When I read a recent press release titled: “PETER NWAOBOSHI: The Crying Shame of a Convicted Senator” by a group that styles itself Prince Ned Nwoko Media team I laughed voraciously in customary Anioma Igbo style. In fact if Alhaji Ned Abdulahi Nwoko and his political hirelings are actually reading the minds of Anioma people in relation to 2023 General elections attempting to draw a comparison with Senator Peter Nwoboshi was indeed a disastrous approach.
Although this is not a response to the said press release which was technically a response to an earlier press release by Senator Peter Nwoboshi media team, I however believe it is incumbent on me as the Chief traditional warrior of one of the major clans of Aniomaland to put the records straight. This is because of what I consider as a scandalous display of blasphemous syndrome of delinquent mercenary delusion criminally crafted by a band of uncouth homunculus mindsets that tends to portray Anioma people as accomplices to the on-going devious Islamization and Fulanization of the Nigerian nation.
With such riotous sense of reasoning driven by pecuniary objectives painted in acute poverty it is obvious that the so called Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko media team is disgustingly infested with a leprous comprehension of the trajectory of Anioma political thinking. Telling stories about Senator Peter Nwoboshi being a thief or a convict remains by all intents and purposes an old woman’s fairy tale which does not add up to the problems of the moment.
Even the illiterate Anioma village folks are clearly aware that conviction today in Nigeria does not define criminality but either an act of political blackmail or orphanage; otherwise people like Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko and Fred Ajudua will not be walking free on the streets of Nigeria much more engaging in partisan politics. If I may ask, what special crime did Chief James Ibori commit that his fellow Governors did not commit yet were never brought before the court of law? Is the same Chief James Ibori not the Star-member of Delta State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign Committee of whom the likes of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa and Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko boast of today?
Well, if Ifeanyi Okowa and Abdulahi Ned Nwoko accept Chief James Ibori as an indispensible asset to their electoral victory, the people of Anioma in like manner accept Senator Peter Nwoboshi as their Star-Senator. Celebrating Chief James Ibori and castigating Senator Peter Nwoboshi tantamount to rejecting a sacrifice yet rapaciously consuming the food offered for the same sacrifice. Nigerians are fully aware that the heinous political thieves like Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko are those walking free on our streets and dictating the rhythm of Nigerian politics. Therefore announcing to the people of Anioma that Senator Peter Nwoboshi is a political thief holds no water either against his credibility as our Senator or in support of the tainted personality of Alhaji Ned Nwoko.
The fundamental question before us has always been how many Muslim politicians and political office holders in Nigeria have been convicted of corruption even after being caught red-handed? Thus people like Abdulahi Ned Nwoko should not bandy themselves as political saints just because they hid under the protective cover of Islam for the purpose of their devious utility for jihad against their people.
For Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko to compare his leprous Judas Iscariot carriage with Senator Peter Nwoboshi’s dynamic instinct is like comparing a heinous saboteur among his people with a fortune-hunter whose moral equation is relative to the territorial trajectory of those who judge him. To us the people of Anioma in particular and the Christians of Nigeria in general, whatever wealth Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko acquired today can only morally be measured in terms of the 30 pieces of silver coins Judas Iscariot acquired from the enemies of Our Lord Jesus Christ to betray and consequently crucify him.
If we therefore accept that Senator Peter Nwoboshi is a thief in line with his conviction then we should look at what the Holy Bible says about the thief. In Luke 23:43 Jesus told the thief crucified alongside him, “Verily I say unto thee, Today shall thou be with me in paradise.” Even Barabas the thief was exchanged for Our Lord Jesus Christ. On the other hand, with Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko as the Judas Iscariot of Aniomaland, what does the Holy Bible say concerning the final consequences of his ill-gotten wealth? Acts 1:20 says, “For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.”
One golden fact which Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko and his infantile political hirelings are either ignorant of or deliberately refused to accept is that if corruption is the only problem we have today in Nigeria, then both the rich and the poor will not be weeping for a change. Nigeria’s nay Anioma’s most intractable problem goes beyond Senator Peter Nwoboshi being convicted of corruption. Our intractable problem revolves round a devious scheme of internal colonization through Islamization by means of jihad. Our land is being devastated with unrivaled impunity by armed Fulani herdsmen sponsored by their ruling Fulani clansmen and supported by indigenous Anioma collaborators and quislings led by the likes of Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko.
Our people have been kidnapped for iniquitous ransom, killed and our mothers and daughters raped by this band of Fulani jihadists. These are the issues we expect Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko to address and not to bamboozle us with tales of Senator Peter Nwoboshi being corrupt or convicted. Let Alhaji Abdulahi Nedjid Munir Nwoko tell Anioma people why his Muslim brothers are killing them, kidnapping them, raping their women and devastating their ancestral farmlands with impunity. But Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko in his moronic sense of iniquitous pride clothed in vainglorious Judas Iscariot instinct cannot address them because he is the conspirator-in-chief.
We want to remind Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko that Anioma is a Christian land and her people unrepentant Christians; just as Zamfara State is a Muslim State and her people unrepentant Muslims. Most strikingly important is that Idumuje-Ugboko where Alhaji Nwoko hails from was and is still a bastion of Christianity. Can a Christian of Zamfara State origin summon the animal boldness to contest for Senate among his predominantly Muslim fanatics?
As Christians we are bound to judge Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko in line with our Christian belief. Similarly, as a devout Muslim which he claims to be, Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko is bound to judge us—those he intends to represent in line with his Holy Quran. Let us begin with what Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko’s Islamic holy book—the Quran commands him against us the predominantly Christian people of Aniomaland.
The first fundamental question Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko has constantly dodged and which I challenge his nugatory-minded media team who have chosen to be slaves in their ancestral land to address if they are not bigoted Fulani slaves, is what is the relationship between we the people of Aniomaland who are majorly Christians and Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko— a MUSLIM who wants to represent them in the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria according to the Quran?
Did the Quran not command Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko that we the people of Aniomaland who are predominantly Christians he wants to represent in Senate are his mortal enemies?
In Sura (Chapter) 9: 23 (At-Tawba) Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko was commanded to declare even his father and brothers as his enemies if they refuse to convert to Islam:
“O you who have believed, do not take your fathers or your brothers as allies if they have preferred disbelief over belief. And whoever does so among you then it is those who are the wrongdoers.”
In Sura (Chapter) 5:51 (Al-Maaida), the Quran explicitly commands Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko to regard the people of Aniomaland as his mortal enemies in the following black and white words:
“O ye who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you then indeed he is of them. Indeed Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.”
In Sura (Chapter) 3:28 (Aal-i-Imram), the Quran states:
“Let no believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the destination.”
In Sura (Chapter) 3:152 (Aal-i-Imraan) the Quran commands Alhaji Prince Nedjid Abdulahi Nwoko to kill us—Anioma people if we refuse to follow him to his Islam:
“And Allah had certainly fulfilled His promise to you when you were killing the enemy by his permission until when you lost courage and fell to disputing about the order and disobeyed after he had shown you that which you love.”
In Sura (Chapter) 9:29 (At-Tawba), Alhaji Abdulahi Ned Nwoko is commanded in black and white to fight and kill us if we refuse to convert to his Islam in the following words:
“Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the last day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the scripture until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.”
Sura (Chapter) 9:73 (At-Tawba) further says: “O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination”
Sura (Chapter) 9:123 (At-Tawba) again states: “O ye who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous.”
