ANINRI WEST WORKERS COMPLAIN OF REDUNDANCY AT MEETING WITH ADMINISTRATOR, HON ISRAEL ANI “NGIGE”

Enugu: Workers and staff of Aninri West Local Government Development Council complained of redundancy during their maiden meeting with the Council’s Administrator, Hon Israel Odinaka Ani, Esq, fondly known as Ngige by his teeming admirers.
According to them, they were left in a state of redundancy after minor issues hitherto being handled by the Development Centre such as issuance of Local Government Identification Letters and Marriage Certificates are now being handled solely by the Aninri Local Government Headquarters, Ndiagbor.
Earlier in his opening speech, Hon Ani informed the workers that he convened the meeting so as to familiarize himself with the staff of the Secretariat.
“I convened this meeting so that we can familiarize ourselves with one another. Secondly, I need to seek your support towards the success of my 4 Point Agenda.
“As such, I look forward to having a cordial interaction with you all, so as to be aware of any challenges you are facing in the effective performance of your duties”.
He also emphasized the importance of team work and dedication to duty so as to enable the Council to achieve massive development.
In their responses, the workers commended the administrator for his visionary and innovative ideas.
