Umuahia – Dr Alex Otti of the Labour Party, LP has been declared the winner of the Abia State Governorship election by the returning officer, Prof Nnenna Otti.
He defeated his closest rival Hon Okechukwu Ahiwe of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as stated below;
