-says he supports Tinubu
Former Niger Delta militant and Leader, Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Front, Mujahid Asari Dokubo has stated emphatically that the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is “the least experienced” of the four major contenders in the 2023 Presidential election.
The ccontroversial and outspoken political figure made the pronouncement this Friday morning while speaking as a guest on Sunrise Daily, Channels TV current affairs program.
According to Dokubo, who also has the chieftaincy title of Amanyanabo Edi Abali of Okrika Kingdom, “Atiku has never handled executive power, he was a spare Tyre.
On the issue of comparing the forerunners in the Presidential race, he said:
“Leave out Atiku who never exercised executive power, let’s compare Tinubu, OBI and Kwankwaso, who were State Governors.
He went to express support for the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential candidate, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for what he described as “his Lagos success story”
“I’m supporting Tinubu, he stands out as a success story in Lagos State. Tinubu picked Fashola and from there to Ambode.
“How can you compare Fashola with Obiano picked by Obi? he queried rhetorically.
“People picking candidates is normal all over the world. In India, the Ghandis, in USA, Trump, who I see as a mad man, if he doesn’t endorse you in Republicans, you can’t win. So, there is nothing wrong with Tinubu picking people as Governor in Lagos”
